Job Title: Reporting Analyst (SAP)

Location: Skaneateles, NY

Job Type: Contract - Onsite

Duration: 12 Months

Pay: $33-35/hr on W2

Position Overview

The IT Specialist I will support data analysis, reporting, and system-related activities with a strong focus on SAP data extraction and manipulation. This role requires hands-on experience working with large datasets, developing reports, and supporting business operations through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform data analysis to support business and operational decision-making
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards
• Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights

Data Extraction & Management

• Extract, manipulate, and validate data from SAP systems
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports
• Perform data cleansing and transformation activities

Technical Development

• Utilize Visual Basic (VBA) for automation and reporting improvements
• Develop and maintain scripts/tools for data processing
• Support system enhancements and reporting efficiency

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
• Provide support for ad-hoc reporting requests
• Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in:
• Data analysis and reporting
• Data extraction and manipulation (SAP preferred)
• Strong experience with:
• SAP systems
• Visual Basic (VBA) or similar scripting tools
• Proficiency in:
• Data handling, reporting, and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in enterprise data environments
• Familiarity with reporting tools and automation techniques
• Strong understanding of data structures and business processes

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
