• Collaborate closely with the agent and senior representatives.
• Conduct sales and support for Property and Casualty and Life Insurance.
• Ensure timely responses to incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, assess client needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
• Provide friendly and accurate customer service, addressing insurance inquiries, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Generate new leads and identify additional needs for existing clients.
• Stay updated on industry changes through continuous learning.

• General and Life Licenses, or willingness to obtain them (exams and passing grade required).
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Persistence in connecting with clients/prospects while respecting their busy lives.
• Possess a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills.
• Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting goals/quotas.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
