As a member of the team, you will work under the direction of the Health and Wellness Manager to perform nursing interventions and ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care. Your leadership and organizational skills will be put to the test as you supervise and mentor front line nursing staff, collaborate with other departments to enhance the resident experience, and participate in their Quality Improvement program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administering medication and performing treatments for residents.
• Assessing residents' condition and updating their care plans accordingly.
• Charting medication, treatment, and incident reports.
• Facilitating communication with other nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure quality care and services are provided.
• Monitoring and maintaining nursing supplies and equipment.
• Supervising and mentoring front line healthcare staff.
• Complying with relevant health and safety regulations and infection control guidelines.
• Analyzing data and providing action plans.
• Completing required mandatory training and education.
