Job Description
The Sales Operations Analyst will serve as the primary internal point of contact for the field sales team, facilitating key processes such as weekly sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota management. This role is integral to the optimization of sales operations and the achievement of business objectives by supporting data-driven decision-making and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of weekly sales forecasts, territory planning, and quota management processes.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights and support sales team performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate ad hoc reports as needed to address queries from field sales team members.
- Manage and optimize the CRM system (AcuityMD), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and functionality.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to streamline sales operations and achieve overall alignment.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting tools.
- Support the design, development, and roll-out of sales incentive programs to drive motivation and productivity among the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout all sales-related processes.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in CRM systems, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. The ideal candidate is adept at handling sales data, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about driving operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Proficiency in CRM software (AcuityMD preferred) and sales analytics tools.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
