Job Description

As Travelstride’s Content Operations Manager, your primary goal is to maximize the quality and quantity of trip content on Travelstride by managing the data operations team and problem-solving. You will make Travelers and Tour Operators happy with their experience on the Travelstride platform and enable travelers to find their perfect trip. You’ll help Tour Operators get their travel content onto Travelstride as smoothly and quickly as possible, while building their loyalty and revenue potential over the long term. 

Some of your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Manage the Data Operations team and assign tasks
  • Oversee the work and productivity of the Data Operations team
  • Provide an overview and assessment of tour onboarding to leadership
  • Problem-solve, trouble shoot, and implement solutions for onboarding challenges
  • Manage Monthly Supplier Reports: Create, send, and collect responses
  • Manage Travelstride’s response to help emails
  • Manage Custom Trip Matching and Follow-Up on Leads

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Well-traveled, preferably with travel industry experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong familiarity with Google docs, Google sheets, and Hubspot preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience managing a team

Work Environment

  • Full-time role with flexible work schedule
    Work from home (company offices located in Austin, Texas)
    Ability to work from abroad if located in North America or Latin America
    English-speaking team
