Job Description

The Opportunity

Quark is seeking a dynamic, personable candidate who is looking to combine a love of adventure travel with their solid sales and customer service experience to join our Polar Travel Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach monthly sales targets while driving exceptional customer service KPI’s
  • Connect with our prospective travelers in multiple ways not limited to phone and email
  • Convert Sales leads and opportunities with speed and efficiency while ensuring the use of correct processes and procedures at all times
  • Listen and ask the right questions to discover the needs of each individual traveler
  • Perform at all times with the aspiration to providing a voyage or trip of a life time
  • Maintain detailed and accurate notes in the SalesForce CRM for successful transition to the Customer Service team
  • Outbound Relationship calling to travel agents and other prospect lists


What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 2-year front-line sales experience, motivated by revenue targets and service KPI’s
  • "Hunter” mentality with a proven record of success driving sales through a disciplined process
  • Able to speak both English & French fluently,
    • Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Must have a love of sales & travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving/complaint resolution skills
  • Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays as required
  • Flexible and energetic, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Capable to use a variety of computer programs confidently and efficiently
  • Experience of different reservation systems and CRM/SalesForce preferable
  • Need to have the natural ability to inspire and be self-motivate
