Job Description

TCS World Travel is hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to be a key member of the Finance team and serve as a financial interface between Finance and other departments to drive strong growth. The FP&A Manager is a new position at TCS World Travel and it will be responsible for the monthly and annual forecast/plan as well as owning key analysis to drive improved margins and growth of the business. A strong collaborative approach and an ability to build effective partnerships with cross-functional departments to deliver effective strategies is essential.

Essential Functions:

  • Own the planning, forecasting and analysis functions
  • Collaborate with financial and operational areas in identifying areas of risks and opportunities in the Company’s performance through identification of emerging trends with supporting analysis (Identify/develop key metrics for performance management)
  • Prepare strategic reporting incorporating KPI and performance metrics and present same to Executive team
  • Financial ownership of pricing and cost management including contract reviews
  • Develop and manage the monthly business review presentations and other reporting to Travelopia 
  • Manage 1-2 Financial Analysts

Qualifications

 

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related quantitative discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant financial planning and business analysis experience - pricing and/or procurement experience preferred
  • Confidence in influencing key stakeholders to drive key strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and evaluate complex data from various sources to meet appropriate objectives
  • Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment with competing deadlines
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented
  • Demonstrated teammate with an ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously – demonstrated initiative and inquisitive nature
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to develop and deliver presentations
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills required
