Job Description

TCS World Travel is hiring a Business Development Coordinator to support our business development team, which leads outside sales efforts to deliver new passengers for TCS World Travel’s private jet programs. The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for a host of general administrative duties including calendar management, event coordination and material distribution. We are seeking a team player who is detail oriented, customer centric and willing to jump in where needed to support departmental needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join an outgoing team that likes to work hard and have fun. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support remote business development team including:
    • Event coordination for trade shows and other events.
    • Mail requested materials including trip brochures and gifts.
    • Serve as Salesforce CRM point person for data entry and running reports.
  • Schedule, organize and coordinate weekly business development team calls; send post meeting follow-up notes and outline action items.
  • Calendar management and meeting coordination for the VP of Sales & Business Development.
  • Represent the business development team at meetings with other departments including technology; communicate meeting takeaways and drive delivery of required action items.
  • Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years general office or administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills to coordinate workload and priorities independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain effective with shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills; ability to work well with colleagues in a team environment.
  • High touch customer service (both internal and external parties).
  • Problem-solving / solutions-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
  • Positive can-do attitude and a passion for travel.
