Job Description


  • Manage end to end process for employee benefits, including inpatient, outpatient, travel benefits, and travel insurance
  • Maintain and update employee data and manage to an archive of employee documents
  • Monitor benefit claims and usage and respond to an inquiry from employee
  • Distribute BPJS Health and BPJS Labor cards within 2 weeks upon receiving cards from BPJS office
  • Ensure that all employees receive insurance cards through weekly insurance card distribution
  • Provide general administrative support for HR Operation and Services Team
  • Manage to report of BPJS Health and BPJS Labor via an online database 
  • Collaborate with Finance department for payments and deductions



  • Bachelor degree required
  • Minimum 1-year proven experience as Benefits Administrator
  • Experience with Human Resource management is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • A high degree of technical competence and attention to detail/accuracy   
  • Comfortable working with numbers
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to maintain data recording and documentation
