Job Description

Payment Business Improvement Consultant works closely with Finance, Product, & Technology teams in Traveloka to help streamline existing business process in payment domain such as payment in (transfer/non-transfer), loyalty point & coupon. They need to ensure that overall payment process runs efficiently and scalable. The role will span from projects related to finance operation, expansion, and optimization (automation). The consultant will encounter multifaceted challenges from business process design, technology selection, system implementation, deployment, to change management


● Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, industrial engineering, informatics from top local or overseas university with min GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, MBA is a plus

● Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia

● Have minimum 4-5 years work experience from top-tier IT consulting firm, Finance advisory/management consultant, technology company, and other relevant industry

● Have experience on accounting business process improvement, experience in loyalty point/coupon is plus

● Have strong knowledge of finance operation and its value chain (AP, AR, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, FP&A), especially in payment (ex : MDR, installment, paypal, etc) domain

● Have strong interest in business process automation using technology

●Have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Ms. Access (including Excel Pivot, Macros, Formula)
