  • Schedule:  2:00 pm - 10:00 pm with an every other weekend rotation

Bourbonnais Terrace is a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) that has 197 beds and provides rehabilitative treatment to individuals seeking to recover from their illness.

Job Description

What you will do in this role:  Our Residential Services Aide (RSA) assists the clinical team in providing non-clinical care and services to our consumers/patients.  RSA's provide supervision and encouragement with grooming care, maintaining a clean and orderly environment, and assist and engage patients to attend/participate in activities.  The RSA may assist with facility health programs and participate in care plan conferences.

Qualifications

Residential Care Associate:  officially we call this job an RSA, but in other centers it may be called a Caregiver or Nurse Assistant.

What we need from you:

  • Experience with the memory care and mental health population 
  • CNA training is a plus but not required 
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must have a high school diploma (or GED), and be able to pass a pre-employment physical and criminal background check.
