Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) – Make a Real Difference Every Day!

Help people with mental health challenges build skills, confidence, and independence. As a PRSA, you’ll cheer on progress every step of the way.

Your days won’t be boring. One moment you might be helping someone practice daily living skills - like cooking, organizing, or getting to appointments. The next, you could be leading a fun group activity, or encouraging someone through a tough moment, or brainstorming ways to tackle a big life goal... You’ll be part cheerleader, part coach, part problem-solver.

This role is hands-on and people-focused.  You’ll spend your time listening, guiding, and celebrating the wins (big and small) with the people you serve. If you’re positive, dependable, and ready to roll up your sleeves to help others succeed, this could be your perfect fit.

What you’ll do:

  • Support people in learning everyday skills and building confidence.
  • Help lead groups or one-on-one activities.
  • De-escalate and divert attention from challenging behavioral situations

If you’ve got patience, empathy, and a good sense of humor, you’ll thrive here. Bring your positive energy — our residents are eager to meet you.
