  • Start Date: ASAP, we have a new employee orientation class starting soon.
    • Orientation note:  Our New Employee Orientation classes are held on Wednesday’s from 10:30-4pm.  You would be expected to attend the full session.

Job Description

PRN (Per Required Need) / On-Call Position

This is an as-needed, on-call role with no guaranteed hours.

Minimum Availability Requirements:

  • Commitment to at least two (2) weekend shifts per month (Saturday and/or Sunday)
  • Intermittent weekday availability as needed
  • Flexibility to work Day, PM, and NOC shifts (PMs and NOCs are most needed)
  • Availability to work some holidays
  • Availability to attend a Wednesday New Employee Orientation

Additional Details:

  • Shifts may be scheduled in advance or offered with short notice
  • No guaranteed hours
  • No benefits or insurance offered for PRN status
  • Non-union position

Qualifications

Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC)

What we need from you:

  • * Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license in IL
  • * Experience with Med A, Med B & public Aide patient caseload
  • * Experience in a post-acute/inpatient rehab setting is best
  • * Technologically savvy — we use PCC & Optima
