Charge Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) 

• Start Date:  ASAP
• Schedule:  Days / Full-time - 12 hour shifts 3 x per week
• Shift:   9:00 am - 9:30 pm

Our center:

Crestwood Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) with 126 beds and is providing patient care to the mentally ill/behavior population (ages 21 and up). 

Location:  This beautiful spot is across the street from a forest preserve and only 3 minutes from the 294/Cicero exit.

Charge Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN):  officially we title this job a Charge Nurse (RN), but in other centers it may be called a Registered Nurse, RN or Nurse Manager.

Charge Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) 

What we need from you:

• RN license in IL
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Experience with the psych population
• Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care or PCC)
