  • This is a PRN position: an intermittent schedule to help us cover fluctuations in the caseload, vacations & holidays.  Weekday and weekend hours available.

A PRN position = Per Required Need. 

  • This is an intermittent schedule/need
  • There are no guaranteed number of hours
  • You need to commit to a minimum of 2 weekend shifts every month 
  • However, if you're available more and we have a need, you can work as many hours as are available.

A little about us: 

  • This is a newly built facility focusing on short term rehab – this is not a long term care center.
  • We are an “in-house therapy program”, so there is no chance of a lost contract. 
  • We have huge therapy gyms – with windows – and as our census develops, we will have a large team.
  • This is short term/post-acute rehab at its finest – average length of stay is 14 days.

  • Occupational Therapist (OTR / OT) & Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC)

Qualifications

What we need from you:

  • 2-3+ years prior experience in a short term rehab (inpatient) setting with a high Med A population
  • Rehab Optima software experience
  • Able to attend a 2 day orientation (a Monday & a Tuesday)
  • Physical Therapist (PT) & Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
  • Occupational Therapist (OTR / OT) & Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC)
