Job Description
The incumbent leads a team of analysts responsible for the Latin American market. They contribute to achieving unit revenue (RASM) objectives by optimizing inventory, package margins, and revenue strategies to balance yield and load factors. They also act as a key partner to the Pricing, Revenue Management, Network, and Marketing teams to support the overall performance of the portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, engage, and develop a team of analysts by communicating inventory revenue management and package margin strategies established by management.
- Ensure performance objectives are met, measure team results, lead follow-up meetings, and act as a mentor to team members.
- Ensure optimal continuity of inventory management activities and represent the Senior Director, Inventory Revenue Management, when required.
- Conduct and oversee predictive analyses required to optimize inventory, demand, and network contribution.
- Develop and implement inventory management and package margin strategies in collaboration with the RMPC, RMS, and Pricing teams.
- Ensure the proper functioning of revenue management systems, establish seasonal market parameter strategies, and contribute to the development and review of revenue budgets.
- Identify risks and optimization opportunities, highlight variances, recommend corrective actions, and analyze flight performance before and after departure.
- Prepare and present analyses and recommendations to management, participate in cross-functional projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of revenue management practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or economic discipline such as mathematics, statistics, operations research, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue management, inventory optimization, predictive analytics, or a related field.
- Experience managing, engaging, and developing professional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, forecasting, and strategic thinking skills, with solid expertise in statistical analysis techniques.
- Proven ability to formulate strategic recommendations and influence decision-making among diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated comfort using digital collaboration tools and AI technologies (e.g., Copilot). Advanced knowledge of revenue management systems such as RMS, PROS, DDS/MIDT, SRS/OAG, Infare, or equivalent. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Strong French language skills are required for positions based in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently, both verbally and in writing, in English with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec and internationally.
