Job Description
In collaboration with the Web Supervisor, the incumbent plays a key role in the production, integration, configuration, and maintenance of digital content and environments across the organization's various brands. The person ensures a reliable, consistent, accessible, and standards-compliant digital experience while supporting commercial and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create, integrate, publish, and maintain commercial, informational, product, and regulatory web content and pages across multiple brands, platforms, languages, and markets.
- Support the launch of campaigns, promotions, new products, destinations, and digital features according to established priorities.
- Configure and maintain required settings within digital platforms, booking engines, and transactional environments supported by the team.
- Contribute to the creation, modification, and retirement of websites and digital environments.
- Provide first-level functional support, track issues, and coordinate fixes with the appropriate teams and partners.
- Perform quality assurance activities and functional, visual, and cross-platform validations before and after deployments.
- Apply best practices in web content management, search engine optimization (SEO), digital accessibility, and compliance, while correcting outdated or inaccurate content.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, content, optimization, product, and technology teams while contributing to process documentation and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in web production, content integration, website administration, or digital environment management.
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), user experience (UX), and digital accessibility principles.
- Excellent writing, editing, and digital content integration skills, with strong attention to detail and solid prioritization abilities.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve first-level functional or technical issues while effectively managing multiple requests simultaneously.
- Experience working with a CMS and advanced knowledge of HTML. Knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite, Softvoyage, or other online booking platforms is considered an asset.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated ease with collaborative digital tools and artificial intelligence solutions. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Oral and written fluency in French and English*
Additional Information
*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
