Job Description

In collaboration with the Vice President, Marketing and Loyalty, the incumbent provides high‑level executive, administrative and organizational support. The role contributes to priority management, decision‑making effectiveness and operational fluidity within a complex and fast‑paced executive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level executive administrative support to the Vice President, Marketing and Loyalty.
  • Manage complex, evolving and non‑linear calendars.
  • Prepare executive‑level documents, presentations, briefings and follow‑ups.
  • Support leadership meetings and governance committees.
  • Anticipate priorities, needs and potential issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, Distribution, CRM, Finance and executive leadership.
  • Ensure rigorous follow‑up on actions, decisions and timelines.
  • Handle sensitive and strategic information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Raise issues constructively and ask the right questions when needed.
  • Perform any other related duties associated with the role.

Qualifications

  • College diploma (DEC) in office administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative support role.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in complex or fast‑moving environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities and professional judgment.
  • Proactive, reliable and solution‑oriented approach.
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and strong digital and AI collaboration skills (e.g., Copilot).
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Oral and written fluency in French and English*.

Additional Information

*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, partners and stakeholders in Quebec and internationally.
