Job Description
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting our colleagues on-site and elsewhere
- Managing and documenting call logs (ticketing system management)
- Deploying and configuring software (Office, etc.)
- Managing and administering users and user security
- Finding solutions to various problems
- Ensuring quality service to our colleagues
- Creating technical documents
- Keeping knowledge bases up to date
- Proposing improvements
- Deploying computers
Qualifications
Required Profile:
- 2 years or more of experience as a Level 1 IT technician
- Experience with Windows 7, 10, 11, Citrix, VDI, Azure, Office 365
- Good communicator, polite, courteous, patient
- Well-organized and autonomous
- Perfect command of French, functional English (ideally bilingual)*
- Already authorized to work in Quebec
Assets:
- Degree in IT
- Experience in a service center
