Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the production of written and visual content for all Transat Distribution Canada brand marketing campaigns, strictly following the Marketing Specialist's briefs. The Marketing Coordinator will also play a key role in coordinating campaigns, marketing projects and communications initiatives, ensuring the quality and consistency of each execution.

Responsabilities:

  • Write content for the deployment of marketing campaigns across various channels (CRM, web, social media);
  • Create relevant and engaging content for marketing campaigns (CRM, web, social media), with a special focus on partner campaigns;
  • Coordinate and monitor various marketing initiatives;
  • Develop and customize Canva templates to meet the diverse needs of the marketing team and partners;
  • Manage and oversee different marketing initiatives, from conception to execution, including timeline and deadline management;
  • Coordinate website updates, creation of new pages, and optimizations;
  • Assist marketing specialists in coordinating campaigns, managing marketing projects, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Act as the main point of contact for marketing requests from various departments or TDC partners;
  • Provide logistical support for event organization, coordinating the production and deployment of promotional materials, including signage and branded items. Ensure all materials comply with brand standards and manage delivery and on-site installation;
  • Contribute to competitive monitoring to identify market trends and propose continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing coordination role.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and excellent proficiency in design tools such as Canva.
  • Excellent writing skills in both French and English, both written and verbal.*
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a high degree of rigor.
  • Basic knowledge of the travel industry is an asset.

*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
