Job Description
Provide sales reports to support, monitor, and analyse sales activities. Working alongside the International Commercial team, ensuring an agency incentive and program monitoring.
- Provide dedicated reporting and analytical support to a range of new and existing sales programs.
- Routine weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting & analysis for national and international partners performance reviews.
- Work closely with the Commercial Account Managers to understand reporting and analysis needs and effectively respond to ad-hoc requests in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on contractual commitments and incentive paiement.
- Prepare business review presentations of sales and performance variances and liaise with account lead.
- Contribute to accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Liaise with BI.
- Prepare and present executive reports. Identify trends and explain results effectively to management.
- Ability to identify data anomalies, abnormalities and troubleshoot solutions from data resources.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Business with a concentration in Finance, Marketing or Statistics.
- Broad based experience in analysis with a solid understanding of business processes.
- A proven commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast paced, high-pressure environment, where accuracy is critical.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications with exceptional skills in Excel.
- Ability to compile significant amounts of information into meaningful and relevant summarization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary.
- Self-motivated and innovative with a strong internal customer orientation.
- A keen interest in market research and sourcing market intelligence.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Proficient communicator in both English and French*.
*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
