Job Description
- The Liaison agent acts as a bridge between the airline operations and Transat's commercial sectors.
- Represents Transat's business areas (Senior Management, Transat Directors, Media Relations, Social Media, Marketing and International Markets, Call Center and Customer Relations, E-Commerce / CRM, Destination Services) within the IOC
- Acts as the link between the IOC (Integrated Operations Centre) and the Operational Support (reprotection team)
- Ensures the accuracy of information prior to its dissemination during flight delays and irregular operations.
- Keeps Transat's commercial sectors informed and provides the necessary information to the teams so that they can respond appropriately to passengers' questions.
- Writes the communications given to passengers during irregular operations.
- Performs certain key tasks related to the Operational Support department
Qualifications
- Minimum experience of two (2) years in an operational position with an airline, or tour operator
- Excellent communication skills, and fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite.
- Excellent ability to handle pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt.
- Good organizational skills, autonomy, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Available to work on rotation including weekends (day, evening, night).
