Job Description
This 14-month temporary position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Air Transat's customer experience.
- Management of the customer experience team (2 specialists).
- Operational management of the customer experience budget, reporting to Marketing, Product and Customer Experience Management.
- Define marketing strategies aimed at increasing B2C customer satisfaction, acquisition and retention in order to achieve corporate objectives;
- Create coherence between brand image and customer experience.
- Define the pillars of the Air Transat experience and the tone of voice to be used.
- Organize and lead the Customer Workshop, which aims to provide a global view of the customer journey and its evolution.
- Be the voice of the customer: identify, understand and share the needs/expectations of strategic targets & our customer segments
- Use measurement and feedback tools to assess customer satisfaction, establish performance indicators and make recommendations based on results;
- Develop a customer recognition program
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of specific paths
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Journey owners) to deploy the brand experience in the customer journey.
- Analyze organizational intelligence on customer needs and market trends;
- Keep abreast of trends in customer experience, related methodologies and technologies, and in the airline industry.
Qualifications
- University studies in Marketing, Communications, or related field deemed relevant;
- Over 7 years' experience in a similar role
- Hybrid thinker: analytical and creative acuity;
- Experience in data analysis and transformation;
- Experience in strategy and project management;
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and stakeholders;
- Experience in developing strategic campaigns, managing partner agencies;
- Highly skilled communicator, able to communicate ideas concisely, convey strategy;
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with a wide range of partners and to exert influence at multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
