The Operations Agent will be responsible for coordinating operations with the various stakeholders at the airport.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, communicate, lead and control the activities related to Air Transat flights at the Montreal airport (YUL);
• Interact with various service providers, governmental agencies and airport authorities;
• In charge of preparing flight document for the Flight Crew Members (FCM);
• Responsible for briefing the crew;
• Elaboration of the loading plan;
• Elaboration of the preliminary weight and balance plans;
• Consult and communicate flight messages (MVT, DPM, LDM, etc.);
• Communicate UHF and VHF;
• Answer telephone calls;
• Manage irregular situations (delays, diversions, flight cancellations, etc.);
• Code the various delays;
• Prepare operations reports;
• Monitoring of operations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
• 3 years of experience in airport operations;
• Autonomous and resourceful;
• High level of professionalism;
• Good ability to communicate;
• Capable of evaluating and analyzing operational needs;
• Very good knowledge about the all facets of the aviation industry;
• Perfectly bilingual;
• Understanding of various of IT systems ( AIMS, SITATEXT and ALTEA) an asset;
• Capable of working under pressure
