Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Meet established monthly and yearly sales and revenue targets.
  • Advising clients on travel options offered by our various partners.
  • Network and promote new travel business and grow your repeat client base.
  • Quickly determine specific client needs and source solutions using all tools available.
  • Sell travel packages in all product categories including the preparation of complex itineraries using various booking platforms (Apollo; Sirev).
  • Be alert to changing trends; customer needs and be able to adapt the services to the client’s needs even when difficult circumstances arise.

Qualifications

Skills we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience within a retail environment; Travel Industry Experience preferred.
  • MUST hold a valid TICO certificate in Ontario and OPC certificate in Quebec before your start date
  • Are outgoing and energetic in nature with expert networking and social media skills.
  • Advanced communication skills combined with the ability to influence through effective sales and prospecting techniques.
  • Organized to manage our clients travel needs pre-travel, in destination and post travel.
  • Tech savvy and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Demonstrated flexibility in work schedule, available to work outside of normal business hours to attend trade shows, and business events or to complete any agreed upon task.
