Job Description

  • Manage the teams work and make sure that the tasks are completed in the required delay and in a secure way.
  • Communicate the work instructions and procedures to the passenger services. Be a resourceful person for his team.
  • Perform all check-in procedures, including seat assignment, airport announcements and verification of proper documentation.
  • Assist the passenger service agent in the positive resolution of complaints;
  • Assist passengers with special needs and unaccompanied minors
  • Make sure that the tasks are done in compliance with the company expectations.
  • All other tasks necessary for the good operation of the Passenger Service Department

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; studies in tourism, an asset
  • Relevant experience in Airport Operations
  • Experience as a passenger agent, essential
  • Ability in personnel management
  • Good interpersonal relationships
  • Demonstrate judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingualism (French/English);
  • Customer service experience;
  • Must be available to work on various shifts (day, evening, night, week-ends, holidays), Must be available 24/7
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a RAIC card
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
