Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Mobile Marketing Manager to lead our mobile marketing efforts across Paid Social and Display channels. You will be a strategic thinker who develops and executes data-driven campaigns to acquire new users, drive app engagement, and achieve our overall growth objectives. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications: 

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive mobile marketing strategies for Web and App, leveraging Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and Display (YouTube, DV360, Google Display Network) channels. 

  • Conduct in-depth audience research and analysis to identify high-value users and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and creative development. 

  • The ideal candidate will have experience using incrementality testing solutions, like Meta’s Conversion Lift, as well as marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and Campaign Manager 360. 

  • Knowledge of tracking pixels, conversion APIs and tagging solutions, like Google Tag Manager. 

  • Manage budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while driving key performance indicators (KPIs). 

  • Lead and mentor a small team of mobile marketing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through new processes and technologies. 

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across various departments (Data, Engineering, Brand). 

  • Effectively manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously. 

  • Maintain a comprehensive testing roadmap, ensuring ongoing optimisation and exploration of new opportunities. 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a highly relevant mobile marketing role. 

  • Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and engagement through Paid Social and Display channels. 

  • Strong understanding of mobile marketing best practices and emerging trends. 

  • Experience with attribution modelling 

  • Expertise in analytics, campaign optimization, and incrementality testing. 

  • Proficiency with BI platforms like Tableau to translate data insights into actionable strategies. 

  • Awareness of the privacy landscape and the challenges this poses to marketing teams, for example GDPR, Digital Markets Act and Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency. 

  • Experience leading and motivating a small team. 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. 

  • Experience with end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy to measurement. 

  • Knowledge of mobile measurement partners like Appsflyer, Branch and Adjust
