Job Description

The content and creative studio is a lively, fast-paced and wonderfully creative environment to work in, so we’re looking for someone with tons of energy and enthusiasm for the creative process to join our team as Traffic Manager. You’ll need to have prior experience in a similar role along with a passion for design, copywriting and advertising. 

In this role, you will be a senior member of the team, managing the workflow that comes in and out of the studio. You will be responsible for overseeing the studio’s output, maintaining realistic workloads for the team while ensuring every request is fulfilled and delivered in an efficient and timely manner across multiple international markets. You will be the go-to for anyone requiring creative work inside the business, and will therefore be a key stakeholder in the creative and delivery process. We are an inclusive team and encourage creative thinking from all members so confidence in presenting ideas would be a plus. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Managing sprint process and ensuring each team member is set up to deliver on time 

  • Working with briefers and stakeholders to come up with the best possible briefs (to ensure the best possible outcomes) 

  • Monitor creative workflow systems and processes and maintain efficiency and effectiveness 

  • Work with the Studio Leadership team to ensure operational and business strategies are being met 

  • Raise issues, undo bottlenecks and constantly improve the studio process 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a creative services management capacity is a must 

  • Experience using project management systems or better yet, setting up your own 

  • Respect for the creative process as well as an understanding of creative deliverables  

  • Experience working as a designer is a plus but not required so long as you have a solid understanding of creative asset requirements for digital and brand channels 

  • Experience QAing creative assets
