About the role
You will be a key person within the FP&A team with responsibilities for building out and scaling our financial reporting and modeling framework, also ensuring reporting and output data is adaptive for repetitive usage. You'll perform crucial financial modeling used for executive decision making.

What a day is like:
You will become our system administrator (Super User) of our financial planning tool, Workday Adaptive Planning, to help optimize our business

  • Perform quantitative analysis of operational and financial data
  • Build and manage financial databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources
  • Validate correctness of reporting on GL level and Budget level
  • Prepare financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting information
  • Maintain and improve a corporate financial model that details the entire company’s operations and projects future performance
  • Perform ad hoc analysis for executives as required

Qualifications

You’re perfect for this role if:
You are analytical, self-motivated, inquisitive and see possibility in obstacles. You are excited to work closely with different business leaders and help support decisions around capital spending, operating budgets, long-term planning. You may be pulled in other exciting ad-hoc projects as needed.

You also:

  • Have 3+ years of financial planning and analysis from a public accounting firm or a controlling function
  • Have financial modelling expertise
  • Expert working knowledge of Excel and/or Google sheet
  • Enjoy learning, implementing and making the most out of systems
  • ERP (Netsuite) and EPM (Workday Adaptive Planning) desirable
