Job Description
Job Description: Provide technology Support on the Tradeshift Mac & Windows platform, and Network systems. Support the Tradeshift Enterprise, by triage and troubleshooting issues reported by the User base and resolving those issues on time with Quality. While also supporting departmental projects
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person customer service and triage issues that come in from our IT ticketing system
- Experience serving as a Systems & or Applications Admin
- Configure Laptops (Macbooks, & Windows) Machines to be ready for use by new shifters
- Be part of the team and execute purchase and distribute European laptops with varying layout keyboards by country
- Serve as a Technical Engineer supporting our IT Manager
- Manage, administration, installation and troubleshooting of corporate hardware: Macbooks & Windows Machines
- Experience with following (or similar) software or platforms cloud applications: OKTA (SSO), Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365 (Azure AD and Intune), Zoom, Slack, Apple MDM
- Contribute to the employee onboarding and offboarding process in Tradeshift’s global offices
- Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotations as needed
- Work with the Office Team on facilities-related issues and improvements, and coordinate presence at the office in order to send and receive courier/deliveries.
- Provide excellent in-person IT/AV service and support to employees and in liaison with partners, suppliers and vendors.
- Multitask and contribute to multiple projects
- Develop and maintain documentation of hardware, systems, software, and licensing
- Recommend improvements and enhancements to existing systems
- Experience with Multi channel communication systems, like Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Team’s
- Be proactive and service minded
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in similar position
- Knowledge of macOS/Linux/Windows workstation use and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Google Apps (G Workspace)
- Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
- SSO/identity management (OKTA) - knowledge of authentication protocols (oauth, saml openID)
- Scripting can be a plus in powershell or ruby
- OSI switching and routing (Layer 2, Layer 3), wireless access including
- Mobile device management for Apple and Windows
- Degree in computer science or a related field
What a day is like:
You will report to the IT Manager and provide end-user technical support and issue resolution, coordinating corporate IT services/accounts, both SaaS and on-premise.
