About The Role

Tradeshift is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our product organization. You will be a key member of an international, cross-functional and self-driven product team that includes engineers, designers, user researchers and product managers.

You will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of one of our products. We expect that you understand how your technical solutions contribute to realizing a broader vision and help our customers achieve their objectives. We expect you to enjoy engaging with customers and users directly to ensure your product’s roadmap is aligned with their needs, including defining and analyzing metrics to support decisions made. 

You should have a passion for designing innovative solutions in collaboration with different internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Value Management, Sales, Legal, On-boarding and Professional Services.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take responsibility for a limited but complete functional area including analysing competitive research and understanding market trends, customers and compliance needs
  • Maintain a Product Roadmap of around 15 - 18 months including cross-dependencies on other teams or zones
  • Designs marketable features that are innovative and exceed user requirements
  • Work on complex user stories with dependencies across several feature crews, understanding the domain of each of them
  • Execute on Product discovery, commissioning UX research and partnering with UX for prototyping
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously with appropriate cross-prioritisation
  • Help creating or reviewing sales materials and collaterals supporting Product Marketing
  • Run internal trainings, pilot program, early adopter programs to communicate new releases 
  • Support Sales & Customer Value teams including formal presentations to prospects and customers and for the overall solution fit assessment in specific opportunities
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for teams such as Customer Value, ProServe, Sales Support and onboarding

The candidate should have a deep understanding of the B2B procurement processes and challenges facing organizations when they roll out applications and services.

  • 6+ years experience in leading product development from other B2B SaaS organizations
  • Good knowledge of enterprise procurement to payment flow and customer needs to prioritize product or portfolio requirements that span multiple releases
  • Strong understanding of the market and personas especially in digital commerce
  • Front-end development experience is preferable but not a must
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities, projects, and priorities concurrently
  • Expert in working in a cross-functional international environment, at various levels across the organization
  • Ability to balance short, long-term, organization, partner and commercial interests in decision making
  • Excellence in presentation, demonstration, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • MBA, Master Degree in Business, BS in Engineering or Finance or equivalent
