Role:

We are looking for people that are inherently curious, know how to build relationships, manage projects, and have the analytical thinking required to design and implement technical solutions that enable our customers to be more successful. What a day is like:

    You will be the owner of the technical solution developed during an integration project, including all technical aspects such as solution architecture, implementation, support during the testing and hyper care phases and deployment into production. In this journey, you will be participating in client-facing activities that support the involved parties on the technical subjects that are discussed, or to advise on the buyer solution implementation making sure that onboarding will be a success.
Aside from the creative work, you will also be helping connex teams where we act as subject matter experts for more complex issues or for when we are creating documentation and/or training material.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

• Experience with CSV, XML, EDI or any other type of business document standards
• Experience with transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, web APIs (REST / SOAP)
• Experience with data transformation technologies (XSLT, RegEx)
• Business level written and verbal English
• A strong customer focus, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Curiosity-driven and with a can-do attitude, willing to discover and create better ways of doing regular things

It’s Great If You Have:

• A team of teams attitude
• An understanding of the importance and benefits of a team environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Technology or Computer Science
• Other foreign languages, such as French, German or Spanish
• Experience with e-invoicing or payments processes
• Experience with cloud-native SaaS platforms
