About The Role

As Seller Enablement Consultant your job is to make Tradeshift the most valuable platform for Sellers. It is our mission to accelerate the time to value for all sellers on Tradeshift. Onboarding sellers quickly and demonstrating the value of Tradeshift is the most important part of your work. We want to scale how we onboard sellers and bring value so it is important that we continuously develop our onboarding methodologies. We do this by emphasizing mass-onboarding methods like webinars and classroom style formats. Or even better - we enable sellers to do self-service onboarding by providing online / on-demand material (videos and tutorials). Only as a last resort do we offer 1:1 onboarding and only after the seller has attended one of the open classes / webinars. 

You will be part of a small but efficient team which on a weekly basis conducts webinars and ensures that sellers do not get lost in the onboarding process. We are data-driven and proactive in outreach and support to our sellers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan, Manage and execute all webinars, programs and other initiatives for efficient onboarding
  • Manage the regular cycle of new seller onboarding activity
  • Build new communication channels to sellers to improve onboarding processes
  • Evaluate current onboarding strategy and identify weaknesses
  • Develop and implement guidelines and best practices for how we do onboarding
  • Organize registration and follow up for onboarding
  • Develop benchmark criteria in collaboration with other teams to measure effectiveness of the initiatives and implement the improvements as required
  • Work closely with seller sales and seller integration to cover all questions needed
  • Leading the facilitation of workshops and coaching sessions for new sellers
  • Develop and maintain best practices and processes
  • Support Partner Enablement Practice

Qualifications

Let’s Connect If You…

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Computer Science (Master’s Degree preferred)
  •  Have 2+ years of experience with either Project Management, Service Delivery or Marketing within the tech industry
  • Are fluent in French & English (both speaking & writing) 
  • Can demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to make difficult decisions without supervision
  • Have demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities
  • Have demonstrated ability to learn new tools, technologies, and business requirements
  • Are driven to make stakeholders successful, regardless of challenges or obstacles
  • Thrive in complex, challenging, and sometimes stressful situations
  • Are an excellent communication, presentation, and highly refined interpersonal skills
  • Have experience with procure-to-pay or e-commerce processes would be preferable
  • Have knowledge of marketplace operations
  • Have knowledge with document mapping
