About The Role
The Marketing Operations Analyst will be responsible to lead and grow Tradeshift’s marketing technology stack. The Marketing Operations Analyst will be focused on maintaining data integrity, managing automated processes and executing marketing initiatives across business units through critical thinking, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. The right person for this role is meticulous and takes a proactive approach to optimizing existing processes, researching and recommending new processes, and leveraging all aspects of our marketing technology stack. This position will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing lead flow to sales, along with providing campaign support for content, product marketing, and the channel sales team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with our Demand Generation and Field Marketing team to help with challenges such as growing our marketable list size, driving funnel velocity, improving segmentation capabilities, etc.
  • Understand industry best practices for automation tools like Maketo, Salesforce / Pardot, Demandbase, and various lead / account enrichment applications. Best practices can include lead routing frameworks, lead nurturing strategy, assessing lead scoring performance, optimizing integrations between marketing automation and Sakesfirce, user and data security practices.
  • Serve as key subject matter expert and provide ownership over the configuration, integration, and system administration for all Marketing technology stack applications.
  • Lead cross functional projects, collaborating with Marketing, Sales Ops and Finance to identify objectives, create timelines, manage deadlines and manage communication to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to measure marketing performance, analyze effects of marketing efforts on pipeline and revenue through use of dashboards and regular reporting.
  • Identify and communicate insights to Marketing and SDR stakeholders and Tradeshift leadership to drive pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Educate Marketing users on how to effectively utilize Marketo, Salesforce, and all other Marketing technology stack applications for campaign execution and reporting.

Qualifications

Are driven by making marketing happen, data, measurement and technology, using it to improve the experience of our customers and delivery of leads into the sales organization. You want the opportunity to own, drive, and manage our Marketing technology stack. 

  • 3+ years experience in Marketing or Sales Operations. At least 3 - 5 years of hands on experience with Marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot)
  • 3+ years in a b2b environment
  • Experience in working with and establishing strong rapport with Sales and Marketing executives, and Marketing campaign managers. 
  • In-depth understanding of marketing tools, channels and attribution methodology
  • In-depth understanding of relational databases and systems integration in marketing and sales organizations (including CRM, marketing automation, website analytics, BI and enrichment tools)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, DOMO, Looker)
