About The Role

This position will be part of the Global Growth Team reporting to the Sr. Director with a primary focus of building strategy and executing plans to achieve outcomes through digital and web channels. The role includes managing a team with responsibilities for search engine optimization (SEO), website development, translation, and digital marketing amplification for content, social, campaigns, and regional marketing. The role also requires the ability to roll up your sleeves and participate in day to day tactics to complete projects, measure performance, and manage tools and technologies.

Job Description

Web Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and performance of Tradeshift.com and the necessary CMS, analytics tools and web services.

  • Create and measure KPIs on performance measurement of Tradeshift.com and digital marketing programs.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to build and enhance Tradeshift’s landing pages, microsites, and campaign pages.

  • Collaborate with direct reports and other marketing teams to develop and build impactful web designs and SEO results for Tradeshift.com. 

  • Manage external and internal web development resources including agencies.

  • Work with marketing groups to produce service-specific content with the goal of engaging and informing target audiences.

  • Track the website traffic flow and performance and provide internal reports regularly.

  • Manage the workflow and be willing to roll up your sleeves to achieve outcomes across the teams and align the priorities and projects to marketing and company goals.

  • Keep current and continuously seek out new technologies and applications that help Tradeshift achieve its goals. 

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage impactful digital online marketing campaigns across all programs and services including paid search and paid media.

  • Maintain consistency of the Tradeshift brand and messaging across all digital footprints.

  • Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website(s).

  • Responsible for meeting key performance indicators and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Maintain current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Manage budget preparation and spend to maximize return on marketing

  • Recruit, manage and professionally develop a high-performing team of digital and web marketers.

  • Communicates clearly to express thoughts and ideas.

  • Manages multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications

  • Have experience in marketing for a recurring revenue SaaS business.

  • Have the ability to balance speed of execution and quality control.

  • Are comfortable with Project Management best practices.

  • Are tech-savvy; proficiency with various web and marketing tools, including Google, Marketo, SFDC, Demandbase.

  • Have a positive and problem-solving attitude when it comes to working with different stakeholders of the business.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree. Master's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in the digital space and 5+ years of management experience is required.
