Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own Tradeshift’s e-invoicing and tax compliance support in 52 countries globally – facilitating tax compliant e-invoicing for large MNEs and their supply networks:
    • Follow regulatory announcements and trends
    • Manage internal cross-functional migration projects driven by regulatory changes
    • Build and maintain internal and client facing materials, blog posts, news posts, customer and internal webinars
  • Analyse the competitive landscape and trends to recommend competitive solutions that add value to Fortune 500 customers and their supply networks.
  • Engage with Tradeshift’s compliance partners to design and deliver combined solutions that bring maximum value with minimum effort, using the strengths of each organisation
  • Hybrid role with compliance officer, product management, partner management, change management, client and pre-sales consultancy elements. Anything related e-invoicing and tax compliance and its effects on the organization. 
  • Build a strategic vision and roadmap for Tradeshift Pay’s (flagship product) global footprint expansion and drive execution against it in line with the company’s strategy and vision, the global e-invoicing and CTC mandates and customer/prospect segmentation.
  • Manage, from commercial and operational perspective, Tradeshift’s compliance partnerships. Also, constantly looking for new synergies through QBRs and expanding the collaboration.

Qualifications

Let’s Connect If You…

  • Have in-depth knowledge of e-Invoicing, indirect tax and e-archiving regulations and trends in EU, North America, LATAM, APAC, MENA regions.
  • Have experience or background in Accounts Payable, Finance, Procurement or Process Optimisation
  • Have awareness of technology and automation to drive efficiency, risk management and value
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are comfortable balancing resources and priorities according to constant change
  • Can travel domestically and internationally
  • We welcome applications from those qualified by experience. Project Management qualifications are also desirable.
