Tradeshift is looking for a Commissions Analyst to assist in the day-to-day operations of paying sales commissions to our global sales organization.  The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who brings with them 2-3 years of experience using Xactly Sales Compensation Tool. This position calculates variable compensation for our global  sales and services teams. We are headquartered in San Francisco with teams in 20+ countries.

Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Monthly/quarterly calculation and accurate payment for all sales commissions and other sales incentive plans

  • Using Xactly and/or spreadsheets, help calculate and validate monthly commission payments for sales employees based on Sales Compensation plan provisions.

  • Set up and maintain new hires in Xactly, including attaching all relevant supporting documentation, i.e. compensation agreements, offer letters, etc.

  • Update all quota and variable changes within Xactly, partnering with Sales Leaders and HR to maintain accuracy.

  • Coordinate with Sales Operations to ensure SFDC sales bookings data is reported accurately and timely each month to meet critical monthly commission accrual and payout deadlines.

  • Handle questions from the field on compensation calculations and completeness

Qualifications

 

  • Very strong Xactly Admin and Excel Skills

  • 2+ years working within Xactly, Analytics a plus

  • Ability to work independently on complex projects

  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task with the willingness to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands that result from a high-growth environment
