Job Description

Role:

This role will report into the Network Operations team and be tasked with ensuring that the Cash product is running smoothly for our clients and financial partners.  This role is also highly collaborative, working closely with multiple global cross-functional teams in a dynamic and ever evolving environment. 

What a day is like:

  • Collaborate with financial partners and internal teams such as Product, Engineering and Sales to provide the best Network client experience

  • Develop and monitor operational risk framework to help facilitate business decisions

  • Network Client account creation and set up, transmission of legal documents, monitoring financial transactions and supporting current Clients with financing questions

  • Design and implement processes that balance the needs of a high growth startup with an eye towards scalability

  • Execute on high priority strategic and operational initiatives by creating and maintaining  stakeholder visibility into progress (trackers/status-updates), and recommendations on best path forward

  • Establish, maintain and manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders 

  • Perform market, competitor, and customer research

Qualifications

About you:

  • 1-3 years of experience in related fields with investment banking, operations, or payment transaction based role experience preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to present clear and concise information

  • Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with an ability to quickly build rapport with stakeholders and build strong, lasting relationships

  • Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to learn, with a “Get things done” mentality

  • Familiarity with a variety of financing/AR financing concepts, best practices and procedures

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills, with the ability to create visibility in the program for leadership

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation software (Excel, Powerpoint, Google Suite applications, etc.)
