Job Description

  • You are the central hub between our customers and Babelway. 
  • You are within our new and existing customers.
  • You run and manage multiple deployment projects in parallel together with your customers, located in multiple countries. 
  • You address high level support requests from customers.
  • You liaise with the engineering teams to make sure customers are happy.
  • You manage project budgets and deadlines.
  • You provide support to our sales team during the sales process.
  • You train users into using Babelway.

Qualifications

  • You love a very diversified job combining IT and customer relationship.
  • You are not afraid of learning new IT concepts and have good capacity to navigate in an IT environment.
  • You should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You should be very comfortable in English. Any other language, like Dutch, French, etc is an asset.
  • If you have some exposure to B2B integration and have heard some of the jargon like EDIFACT, X12, XSLT,.. this can definitely be a bonus.
