Your aim as a L&D manager is to provide a proactive, efficient and comprehensive L&D offering to the Global Business, ensuring that employees are trained, developed and talent is retained and managed. 

You give support in ensuring the delivery and implementation of the Learning and Development strategy, including policies, procedures and processes within the business in order to achieve the best contribution from employee's and make a value added difference. 

Your key responsibilities are the following : 

• Work with the Global L&D Team to establish a vision and strategy that is aligned with the company; effectively translate it into action plans. 
• Work with the L&D team to manage LMS, employee requests & internal App.
• Continuously improve the learning program for new and incumbent staff to meet business and people needs. 
• Work with individuals to create and define their personal development plans. 
• Design and deliver internal content and trainings. 
• Manage full life cycle of assigned projects from creation to delivery with the ability to update and inform key stakeholders. 
• Follow accurate data management and reporting on L&D activities
• Manage, track and analyze department or program feedback and assess performance improvements as a result of learning interventions, with appropriate follow-up action. 
• Develop and monitor the learning budget.
• Assist and support the HR team on global or regional initiatives. 
• Stay educated and up to date on industry trends to ensure the use of best practices, tools and learning solutions. 

In order to perfectly fit with this job, you have : 

• 2 + years in Learning & Development, Human Resources or related experience, 
• Excellent communication, presenting skills and influencing skills, 
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
