Job Description

As a Sales Manager you will:

•    Activating and developing the commercial strategy of Tradelab in the Italian market along with periodic revenue objectives to be achieved.
•    Understanding and supporting our clients' objectives by developing and delivering strategic proposals in collaboration with local partners, internal technical services and marketing teams.
•    Grow relationship with the major media agencies and direct advertisers.
•    Owning the relationship with our clients from initial contact to deal closing and creation of customer loyalty.
•    Taking the role of programmatic expert in offering advice to our customers, with support of technical service teams, perfectly mastering Tradelab’s tools, services and technologies
•    Providing key inputs for our product strategy.
•    Tailoring our messages and offering to your market specificities.
•    Contributing to the deployment of the marketing and communication strategy, while participating in marketing and PR events.

 

Qualifications

•    A first experience of 1 to 3 years in sales roles within the digital, programmatic and data-driven technology industries.
•    Experience working for an independent trading desk, adnetwork or publisher.
•    Strong established network of industry contacts with the major media agencies and direct advertisers.  
•    Successful in the way you build relationships easily.
•    Possess successful sales and prospection techniques. You’re a hunter not a gatherer, and are able to work autonomously and with rigor.
•    Passionate and engaging, you are able to evangelize programmatic marketing and comfortably discuss topics relating to data, brand safety and attribution to a range of audiences.
•    Ready for the challenge of becoming part of a high-performing team and developing Tradelab’s presence in the Italian market.
