As a manager at Tractor you will have the responsibilty to professionally coach and mentor a team of 15-20 hourly employees as they perform their daily tasks. You will be training to become a GM withinn 6-18 months based on your experiece and drive. At the GM level you will have significant autonomy in determining your schedule, selecting and grooming your team, along with providing input in all areas of the business operations.

The most important qualifications are honesty, drive, self-awareness, energy and respect for others. We look forward to coaching new managers in the right way to develop a successful team while you develop your own leadership skillset. If you have a few years experience as an hourly shift manager or supervisor in a busy food service environment, it may be just the right time for you to check us out.
