This is an outbound retention/sales program in a call center environment. You will be calling current Verizon Wireless customers and up-selling additional products and service. -Bilingual a plus - Must apply with Resume and provide references - Pass a typing test (35wpm or more) and written test -MUST pass a 7 year background check (included driving on a suspended license tickets!) -MUST pass a drug test -Sales skills preferred -Call Center/Sales experience required.
