Job Description

 

EARNING POTENTIAL OF $400+ WEEKLY (HOURLY PLUS COMMISSION/BONUSES)

TMC, one of Inc. 500/5000’s Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies for 2011. The role of the Inside  Sales Agent is to generate sales while building and growing sales pipelines with “C” level decision makers.

Responsibilities

  • Daily activities will consist of calling consumers about reducing their energy costs.
  • Ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
  • Proactively build and track a prospective sales/customer pipeline.
  • Actively participate in feedback and coaching sessions.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team-based call center environment.
  • Meet weekly/monthly sales goals.
  • MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A CALL CENTER SALES ROLE WHERE COMMISION IS THE GOAL.***

Qualifications

Education, Training, and Experience

  • 1 – 2 years experience in outbound sales/telemarketing.
  • Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to treat confidential information with sensitivity
  • MUST SPEAK  SPANISH

Additional Information

GREAT ATTENDANCE IS A MUST!!!!!

 

Full Time position and you must be able to work 3pm-9pm Monday-Friday and 2 Saturdays per month from 9a-3pm. Training will be from 3pm-9pm (Training last 1 or 2 days) Start Wed. January 14th, 2015.
