Job Description

(This is an outbound sales position with the compensation based on an hourly rate plus commission and/ or bonus)

  • Call existing customers.

  • Sell and/ or renew products and services.

  • Up sell on current services.

  • Obtain salary sales goals.

  • Meet weekly/monthly sales goals.

  • Maintain compliance and confidentiality within scope of responsibilities.

  • Provide client recording/ monitoring sessions

Qualifications

  • 0-1 year experience in Telemarketing/ Sales preferably in an aggressive sales environment.

  • Knowledge of smart phones and tablets (capabilities, functions, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bilingual preferred but not required.

  • Must be 18 yrs. or older and posses a H.S Diploma.

OTHER:

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Must be goal oriented and self motivated.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time while on the phone and computer.

  • Must possess auditory, verbal and visual capabilities in order to adequately communicate via phone.

  • Must be able to work and concentrate in a call center environment.
