We are looking for a positive, energetic and driven business development representative who thrives under pressure and can help us take our business to the next level.
Job Description
As a Business Development Representative your role will involve the targeting and nurturing of SMB decision makers within the following industries:
- Hospitality (restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels)
- Automotive (franchised and independent car dealers)
- Property (estate agents and property developers)
- Health & wellbeing (dentists, gyms, beauty & treatment salons)
Specifically, your role will consist of the following responsibilities:
- Using a combination of email, telephone and social media prospecting to continuously build a new pipeline of business leads
- Nurturing current prospects through a highly-defined process
- Working with the management team to identify larger opportunities
Qualifications
We will only consider applicants who can demonstrate and evidence the following characteristics & experience:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience selling over the phone, preferably in the technology / SMB space
- Highly target driven
- A "get things done" approach to working
- A positive and energetic attitude
- Evidence of sales success in a recent role
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Passionate about new technologies
- Experience using CRM tools
- Call centre experience
