Job Description

  • Casual Position up to 12 hours per week (hours could fluctuate based on business needs)
  • Picking skids off racks and delivering them to the production staging area
  • Inventory control of finished (skidded) products
  • Maintain consistent workflow by ensuring product is prepped for shipping area in a safe, timely manner
  • Ensure distribution products are labeled
  • Responsible for assisting supervision in loading and staging area, as required
  • Ensure a safe working environment in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Company Health and Safety policies
  • Other duties as assigned by the Distribution Center management team
  • Weekend Work required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years previous experience working in a distribution/warehouse operation an asset
  • Forklift equipment certificate or experience is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and management
  • Results-driven
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Health and Safety knowledge and experience preferred
