Job Description

As a member of the Revenue Systems support team in Sales Operations, you will:

  • Manage and support key sales systems including Salesforce and AdPoint
  • Support day to day system maintenance activities
  • Support development, testing and implementation of system enhancement
  • Execute system governance strategy including data entry standards, data quality monitoring and remediatio
  • Train and support end users
  • Create reports, dashboards and analytics for Sales and Sales Operations management
  • Provide data exports as requested
  • Contribute to internal projects / initiatives as required

Qualifications

  • You are comfortable with technology, pick it up easily and enjoy teaching people how to use it
  • You can prioritize your work and balance multiple tasks with ease
  • You are a natural problem solver
  • Previous experience with Salesforce and working in a tech based user support role an asset
