Job Description

As the Director, Client Services, you will provide thought leadership on campaign & operation strategies, and provide advice and insights on dynamic and engaging digital solutions.

You will be the voice of the Account Managers within the organization and will have ultimate accountability for the effectiveness of the entire digital Account Management team.  

Responsibilities Include:

Leadership & Management:

- Establish and encourage a culture based on team work, collaboration, trust and intellectual curiosity.

- Motivate, lead, and manage internal analyst team, working collaboratively with other departments to build trust and drive programs that meet our clients’ business objectives.

- Lead cross-functional teams to improve workflows and ensure Sales & Client Services are set up for success

- Conduct performance reviews and career path plans for direct reports.

- Encourage attendance in training programs to build and develop new skills and capabilities.

- Drive adoption of best practices through example setting, positive reinforcement and behavioral correction

Strategy & Revenue Enhancement:

- Collaborate with account executives, sales planning and data leads throughout the RFP process to develop innovative, insight-driven campaign recommendations across the Eyereturn Marketing product portfolio that will deliver ROI for clients

- Manage projects involving complex work streams and collaboration (internal/external stakeholders)

- Deep dive into campaign performance, develop campaign KPI’s, measurement strategies, recognize performance trends, optimize campaigns to achieve results and provide upsell opportunities

- Serve as the product expert by educating brands and agencies on Eyereturn’s new and existing products, as well as best practices and tailored campaign optimization

- Participate in client RFPs, pitches & meetings as necessary

- Work with the sales and analyst team as required to ensure the successful testing & launch of new features. 

Qualifications

- A degree/diploma from a recognized university or technical school in marketing

- 5+ Management experience of large sales and account management teams

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new ideas and provide solutions

- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

- Ability to build and maintain relationships within various levels of the organization

- Understanding of DSPs, Adserving, Creative, Search and Social 

- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, JIRA an asset
