Job Description

Torn Banner Studios are looking for an Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO and COO.

We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, an excellent communicator and has the ability to be proactive and positive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate would have a keen interest in helping to manage the day-to-day life of a video game company and its executive team. As Executive Assistant you will be the main point of contact for our key executives and be responsible for a wide range of tasks.

The company

Torn Banner studios recently launched Chivalry 2, the sequel to our multi-million copy selling original. We are a small independent studio of around 40 developers in Toronto and we love creating innovative new experiences that focus on challenge and fun.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the inbox of the executives, following up diligently
  • Managing, organizing, and coordinating calendars
  • Anticipating the needs of the executive by ensuring they are in the right place, at the right time, for the right reasons
  • Gathering, coordinating and/or preparing the necessary information, materials and resources for meetings and events
  • Ensuring the proper management of approvals
  • Enhance a strong team culture with your positive attitude and natural tendency to help others achieve success in their endeavors.
  • Complete projects and facilitate programs managed and led by the CEO and COO
  • Collaborate closely with team members from other departments as well as external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
  • High level of proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and Cloud-based systems
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • High degree of self-motivation and initiative-taking
  • Outstanding organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information
  • Friendly and professional demeanor and embraces a collaborative culture
  • Authorized to work in Canada and able to work full-time at our studio in Toronto
